Got great tips for wildlife viewing at check in! Enjoyed the jacuzzi tub after hiking and driving a lot.

We understand your frustration with your review of our property. However, we had not received your online booking from Expedia/Travelocity at the time of your check in. We did give you a discount off of our rack rates. There is some confusion with your reservation. Your request on line does not match up with the type of room you requested at check in. We hope you enjoyed your stay in Maggie Valley.

This was our 1st stay in Maggie Valley. Our host at Creekside Lodge was very informative on where to eat and gave us driving tips to help get us to our destination for our reason for the stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable the staff were friendly and kind. For our next trip to the Smokies, I believe this will.be our go to place.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. Was a bit confused see with the shower, the water knob seemed to be backwards. I was looking forward to the pool but I understand about mechanical problems. Overall the stay there was very pleasant. Thanks
