Great place very central to Chester

Good wifi speed/signal & easy to log in. Managed to get a parking space easily on Friday afternoon. Excellent access to hotel.

Room was clean and tidy. Needed to get a portable heater as the central heating wasn't to come on until 6pm. Car park is small and compact. 5 minute walk into Chester centre with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants.

Hotel is in a great location for Chester city centre, hotel looking a bit tired now could do with some renovation. We stayed in a Superior room but don’t know what was superior about it. Didn’t get any information from the receptionist just basically given our room key. Had to phone reception to ask for the WiFi details. Drinks in the bar lounge are very expensive
