Room was ok. Pillows felt cheap and far too soft, they made you too hot. Bathroom was good and very clean but water didn’t soak away very fast and you couldn’t hold water in the sink. Breakfast was disappointing but the staff were very helpful in the morning. The reception when we arrived wasn’t great, he needs some customer service training. Evening menu was really limited plus the dining area is very small and was full of families with small children running around so not good for eating and relaxing. The dining area definitely needs looking at as not appropriate for a hotel stay.

The staff were really accommodating and helpful. I am a new mum and needed to store breast milk which they happily accommodated in the fridge safely. Very helpful and would recommend. Excellent value for a quick stopover.
