Good Location with easy access to the motorway network, stayed here 4 years ago and it had a lovely welcoming bar however this has now been replaced by a coffee shop. Not a show stopper as there are plenty of nearby places to eat and drink

We actually found this hotel and swapped it for our original one after seeing it was over £100 for 4 nights, bargain! Staff were lovely, polite and really accommodating. I saw a few bad reviews complaining about the noise, but it is on a main road so it is to be expected and in all honesty, the noise isn't as bad as you'd think. The rooms were clean and cosy, can't fault a bit of Netflix on a smart TV.. Lovely stuff.The bathrooms were spotless, and I'm fussy about them. Another great quality is, that it's 5 minutes away from the city centre and even a 24 gym which you can purchase a 3 day pass for £16.99. The bus stop to go to Chester zoo and Blue Planet Aquarium is also right outside, just accross the road.. Highly convenient. We will be returning!

Budget hotel on the outskirts of Chester . Easy walk into the centre . Free car park . Rooms are basic but it’s a budget hotel and suited our needs . The room could have done with a good dusting . Some road noise from our room . A hole in the wall . Decent shower but small

Desperately needs redecorated not just dated but shabby. Skirting boards and doors need a good clean, thick with dust. Stool had stains on. Bedding, towels and bathroom were clean. Shower was decent and hot. Free parking a bonus.

Absolutely fantastic. The gentlemen at reception were so cordial and kind. As for the room it was gorgeous. Really beautiful and well equipped. Remarkably it was within close proximity to the town.great price. Would recommend it anytime

Want to make a official complaint I stayed before for one night then the clean room as thought was going but oaid in June 140 to stay a other night on the 6th June 140 for 1 other night on top of night before this time we stayed Monday to Friday paid I asked could you change the dates to Saturday you said no yet had space but then the rooms had not been cleaned throughout the stay with my Son no toilet paper gt 1 ran out man gave us some after I asked told him we need clean towels went out to Chester afer the first night stay only put 1 clean towel on the bed not 2 the bin was full due to my Son having to have drinks and crisp and some cakes not once was the room cleaned ever and the bin was full that all the rubbish was all over the corner by bin 3 lots over flows of a small bin that was over full by four loads carpet was not hoovered at all the entire room never cleaned from the Monday to the Friday left all the rubbish no toilet paper no clean towels did not get hand towels only 2 to use again and again through out our stay if had not asked for 1 but needed 2 on second night would never of got nothing made us use the dirty towels and no tea bags or sugars given in room to make a cup of coffee or tea of a moring even tho also had food at restraunt and had breakfast but the toast was fried bread so stopped having the breakfast never seen one cleaner thru out the stay or to clean other rooms too I usuals go Witt booking .com for 15 yrs but been using your websight at Thailand

The place itself was good to have parking available. The staff did not appear to know what they were doing. there was only one cup in our room, there was in fact 2 of us. We asked a staff member for another cup and she was unable to find one then said she would send someone to our room with a cup. a man appeared asking if we had a coffee pack so we then had to wait again for him to bring us a cup. The staff did not appear to understand English very well. The room was very small but was decorated nicely, for a 2 night stay I guess it was OK. It was a long walk to the center of Chester and the shops. Once in Chester it was lovely.
