The space
A beautifully decorated 2 bedroom terraced cottage, centrally located Chester off Common hall Street. Stylish and cosy, this is a superb property for your Chester stay!
Ground Floor
There is a cosy living area downstairs with woodburner leading to a colorful kitchen/diner. Enclosed yard to the rear.
Upstairs
A lovely master bedroom with wrought iron King size bed and built in wardrobe, a full bathroom with a shower over the bath and a further good sized second bedroom with 2 single beds.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to our cleaner’s schedule.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
Guest access
There is no parking on site but there is parking at Linenhall Car Park a short walk away which is around £6 for a 24 hour period. The property is located within easy walking distance of all the popular shopping areas in Chester and many fantastic restaurants and coffee shops on Watergate Street.
Other things to note
As a perfect family home, we have a cot and high-chair available. They are not kept on site, so please advise us if you need these for your visit and we can ensure they are provided in time for your arrival.

There is a Sainsbury's local on Watergate Street and a Tesco Express on Bridge street
