The hotel does not have elevator, nor any one to assist with luggage. I am disabled needed to claim stairs with my heavy bag. The room door's gap allows anyone to look inside the room. When I called the reception to ask about wifi password she was very rude. Will never return

Check in was at 2pm, our room was not ready until 5pm. Staff at front desk were not as so nice but very stern as with a school not a hotel. Booking stated that breakfast was complimentary just to find when we sat for breakfast that it was not!!!
