Newly remodeled, four-bedroom home near downtown Cheyenne. King bed in the Master, and four additional queen beds distributed between three bedrooms. Less than one mile from the grocery store and less than five miles from over 20 restaurants. A short walk to Lion’s Park with swimming, boating, fishing & walking, and biking paths; plus the Airport golf course a few blocks away. Property offers quaint back patio, large-open space kitchen and living room with wet bar, second family area with TV, and a washer and dryer.

Family Vacation in Cheyenne!

The property itself was great! Very functional, great location and plenty of room for us (8 adults and 2 children). The only limitation was that for a 4-bedroom 2 bath house, there were approximately 5 towels and 3 washcloths. The owner could be a little more generous here. When we inquired as to whether there may be more, we were told to use the (2) dish towels from the kitchen. That is kind of funny! For the price we paid for the house, albeit seasonal, It would have been nice to have had a more adequate supply of towels and wash clothes. But overall, we had a great stay and all our needs were met.

Family wedding in Cheyenne

There were 9 of us. 5 adults and 4 kids. The house had plenty of room for those who wanted to converse and hang with the group and for those who wanted to have personal time. The tv set up was great in that we could stream from our own accounts. The location was close to grocery store, gas station and park. We had a lovely stay!

Nice roomy location

We enjoyed our stay here! We came for Thanksgiving and did cook a meal in the VRBO. The kitchen isnt sroxked for full on cooking but we made do. It was a nice house, with lots of room! The kids and the adults had a great time. Would definitely reccommend.

There were five of us women that flew in from different parts of the country to attend our class reunion. This house was a great fit for us. There were five beds so we each had our own and three bathrooms which is good when you have a bunch of women trying to get ready at the same time. The kitchen, dining room, living room area was open and large enough that we could all hang out together and not feel cramped. The house is very deceiving from outside because it is much larger than it looks. We would definitely stay again!

My friends and I enjoyed our short stay at the Akes house. The house was conveniently located near a grocery store, local restaurants, the golf course, the fairgrounds, and downtown Cheyenne. The furniture and appliances were new and upgraded. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very spacious. It was also nice having a garage to park the vehicle in, even though the neighborhood seemed very quiet and safe. The check in process was easy and the notebook that the owners had left inside with information and recommendations was very thorough and helpful. We hope to stay again if our travels bring us back to Cheyenne in the future.
