The Empress Premier is a very well outfitted, modern facility with a great pool and gym facility. The staff was exceptional. The only downside was that Google kept misdirecting drivers to the wrong pickup location.

Best staff ever: housekeeping, leadership, room, bar, restaurant, greeters, travel, everyone. Easy to book, but very hard to leave. If I could work remotely, I'd do it here. What a class place, great value--the breakfast is to die for--good location, and did I mention the great staff there? What a memorable stay...
