Wonderful friendly staff; confortable rooms with a small balcony. Breakfast has a variety of food. In a very walkable area and close to the Old City Gate. There are lots of bars, restaurants, shopping and massage places near by.

This property was in the heart of Chiang Mai and it was incredible. The food, entertainment, and cultural experiences were abundant and everything we hoped for. The staff was so kind and attentive. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Our stay was delightful.

The location was very convenient, making it easy to explore the area. However, I did encounter a stranger smell, I think it was coming from the AC unit ( but i am unsure). I will say the smell wasn't unbearable. But overall the stay was good

Hotel et les chambres sont très propres et le personnel très sympathique. Les chambres sont petites de même que la piscine. Les déjeuners sont de base. On s’est fait attribuer la chambre près de l’escalier. Mais comme c’était bruyant, on s’est fait transférer.

The new hotel was perfectly located for see the markets and old city. The hotel was very clean and well staffed. Our room was very well equipped with water, small ref , security safe. Bath provided Lage cotton towels, shampoo, conditioning and body wash. Lobby sells drinks and small snacks. Pool area has limited seating but was never a issue. Water was very clean during our stay. Breakfast was very similar to our other hotels. If provided it fine. There is a really nice breakfast restaurant a few doors down for about the same price and was very good. The staff is really help you with our needs. All staff members were so very kind.

We enjoyed our stay at Sleep Mai. The staff were friendly upon our arrival and throughout our stay. The room was nice and clean, with good channel options on the tv. There was also a welcome variety of food options for breakfast.

Great breakfast with good variety. Super nice staff! Room was very nice and they gave us water bottles in the fridge every day. A great place to stay if you want to be just outside of Chiang Mai but still really close to all the markets and anything else you would want to walk to.

The property is in good condition and renovated. However the room was small. We are three people and they had an extra bed which is nice. The bathroom is small as well but clean. We saw a cockroach outside of our room. The lobby and breakfast is okay. The staff are friendly and nice. No complains. If you are on a budget then this is your place.

Staff were great about upgrading my room to a balcony one as the other only had a very small window. Great location, close to old quarter, shops and eating places. Didnt like their pool area as it was small and slippery edges. Breakfast option was very ho hum

Paying a bit extra and getting a room with a balcony made for a pleasant stay. The room was large and had everything I needed. Staff were friendly and very helpful.The only thing thing I didn't like was the pool.Unfortunately, they had limited space to put a pool and getting to the chairs felt very precarious. There was no room around the pool and slippery tiles. It didn't feel very safe, also a lot of chlorine.
