Flooring throughout is terrible and needs replaced. Spa showers don’t drain / pools water. Location is terrible if you want to leave the property and sight-see on foot, get food or beverages. Would’ve been nice to know the property backs up to the ghetto and a dog shelter and or daycare with about 20 dogs that barked constantly. The restaurant on site is decent at best but is priced fair. It got uncomfortable when I asked for a lemon honey tea (listed on their menu) and they brought me a black tea. I could tell the bar staff was talking about me, giggling and looking my way repeatedly. I’m not fluent in Thai but I could pick up on some words. I won’t return.

The staff is the main reason for staying here, they were excellent and did what they could to make the stay enjoyable. The room itself was okay at best, with very little natural light due to tiny windows and there was a balcony with a single chair (yes it was a tiny balcony!). Coffee and tea in the room but you only get a single coffee capsule per day unless you ask daily for more. Food in the restaurant was basic, for the price and quality there are much better options in town. Breakfast options were limited but acceptable.

The property was amazing and the room was one of the best rooms we had. It was large and really well decorated. It was certainly one of our favourite hotels in the trip. It was ruined when the staff helped us with our transport
