gave issues with honoring arrival deadline that was issues. pressured and herrash us while traveling to get there about arrival time not being there by noon and payments options. Tried to fix errors from online - they said would fix upon arrival when called at booking but refused without a charges and fee that was more then what errors cost. Management staff not friendly or helpful.

When we arrived at the hotel we were very rudely informed that the hotel check-in hours had changed from 2PM to 3PM. We said this was fine and waited for a clean room for 2 hours. When we were finally able to check in we were confronted to someone actively repairing a wall inside the room. After taking some time to unwind we then went to bed and used the bathroom and realized to our horror that the room had not been cleaned. there was what appeared to be sand and small pieces of Glass in one bed and the bathroom was filthy. We requested that the room be cleaned, and the staff tried to say that we had made the mess, but that as long as their was no "do not disturb" sign someone would clean the room. We left the hotel for the day and when we returned the ROOM WAS STILL FILTHY. The staff completely ignored us and the corporate office said that the hotel manager was the only one who could resolve the issue. I will never stay here again and I heavily warn any other visitors!!!!!

Checking in was okay. Went to room. Room was not cleaned, beds not made. Went down and complained asked for another room. Given another room after debating with staff. They were going to charge more for that room. That room was not clean also.

I liked the staff they were nice. Their were people were smoking pot and using profanity outside in front of the hotel. Gross. Their was a hair weave in the bathroom which shows me it wasn’t cleaned very well.
