We made the reservation and paid in full because we knew we would be a late arrival. It turned out with the rain from Oklahoma to Chicago. We were very late. It was after midnight. The front desk was closed when we arrived. There was no real night staff. We did have a phone availability to try to call them. They told us that they he worked totally booked and had no rooms, but they did find a room ultimately for us. It was uh, not a great checkin experience
I Loved !! Everything about the facility I feel the sofa bed need to be updated “Mattress” very stained very thin you can feel the springs in the mattress . Also the Tv really Small for the Room we had . Other than that everything was Perfect
Always enjoy the stay here as it is quiet and comfortable. The manager always helps out with whatever we need and accommodates us as best she can. From each extended Stay that she has been at she has always been super nice and understanding. So glad she got moved to this location. The other employees are very nice and helpful when needed as well. No complaints over here.
The front wouldn't provide towel for each person citing bugeting reason. Wouldn't provide sheets and blacket for the convertable couch. Just horrible to saty in a BROKE hotel.The breakfast was laughable well lack of. Will never stay at this hotel again.
The hotel canceled our room 30 minutes prior to check in time. They eventually offered us a different room, however, adequate bedding and towels were NOT provided to make up a roll away bed and sofa bed. When we asked for these items, we were told they were not available.
The staff here has always been amazing. Any time we have had an issue with our room the manager has always been right on top of it to fix the issue and allow us another room while waiting for the issue to be fixed. This by far has been the best ESA I have ever been to ans they make you feel at home, and its always peaceful and quiet.
I love this hotel. The Staff is very kind & accomodating. The area is very convenient & close to major expressways, public transit, Yorktown Mall & grocery stores. Each room has a dishwasher, & full stove with an oven.
I specifically reserve this hotel because it is close to family I visit this time of year. I usually never have a problem with my stay here. The housekeeping staff is amazing, the maintenance team has also been polite, respectful and greet you with a smile. That part of the team is great! The front desk attendant at check in however was less than customer friendly. She wasn't wearing a name badge and she refuse to give me her name so I can only refer to her as an older woman with missing teeth. She was not friendly, her demeaner was hard, cold, and stern. I felt like I was being interrogated. She is not professional at all. The 3rd day of our stay I went down to replace clean towels and she kept asking to confirm when were we checking out, also made me count the number of towels I brought down for replacement. The straw for me was at check out, when she blurted out loud across the counter as we were collecting our belongings at the end in the lobby "are you checking out?!?!?!" In front of other guests and staff members.
