Our room was quiet and comfortable. However, maid service was not provided until after we checked out. Also, 3 members of our group were stuck in elevators for about 10 minutes before the maintenance man helped get them out. An elevator mechanic did fix the problem. Grab and go breakfast was inadequate.

If you been to any other holiday inn then you can tell this one is better than a lot of them. It’s next to car dealerships so very quiet with plenty of parking spaces. Room is wide and comfortable to stay.

Love the renovations and the work being done to bring updates. Too bad we couldn’t enjoy the pool or the restaurant, but hopefully when it’s all done we can enjoy those amenities as well!

Rooms were comfortable with normal amenities. Housekeeping didn’t finish cleaning our room - took dirty towels and trash but didn’t make beds. Pool and fitness center were closed - so the kids were disappointed.

We were visiting with my 1 year old baby and senior citizen and they give me room on second floor. He didnt bother to show us where located on lobby. We just saw sign boards till room with 214. We came back. Allotted diff room. There was blood stain on pillow and sheet was unchanged. As soon as we remove the blanket there hairs on both beds and dirt. Somebody’s hair you least want see when staying at hotel. they changed to 3rd room which was not cleaned as well and bedshieett and blanket was undone ans not cleaned. it has blood stain again. So they allotted me 4th room and it has same dirty bed sheets. and informed me to always check the room cleanliness in hotel. So it means guest are liable and responsible to find clean room.

Staff was extra friendly room was very clean and very nice especially for the price. I was not expecting such a nice room. Only issue i had was hosuekeeping coming in the room at 9am. They may have knocked while i was in the shower but i didnt hear it, and when I was leaving the bathroom the door was opening and she was coming in the room. Other than that my experience was amazing and i would definitely stay there again.
