I loved this room. I will stay there the next time I visit Chicago. It had everything I needed. The hotel was located close to bus routes and grocery shopping. It even had a washer and dryer.

The front desk was helpful and the location was great. Unfortunately, there was a certain shabbiness about the place--scuffs, broken slats on the blinds--and the appliances were not all in working order, including the coffee maker and the ice maker. It took days to have any problems address and fixed.

The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained The location was perfect—convenient and close to everything I needed—yet still quiet and peaceful. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the high level of cleanliness throughout the property. Everything felt well organized and thoughtfully designed for guest comfort. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a pleasant stay!

Well equipped apartment with a great view from the balcony and in a safe building and environment. Walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants. Good communication pre arrival with clear instructions on how to access the apartment. We arrived late at night but it was easy and quick to check in. The window blinds could have been better, they let in a lot of light at night. The only annoyance was the luggage storage on check out. We were told it was easy to access. In reality they expected us to leave our belongings next to the busy building reception desk, where the receptionist (who works for a different company to apartment owner) was busy and sometimes called away. They couldn't give us an answer when someone would move them to the secure room (apparently on a different floor). When i commented that it wasn't safe to leave our belongings in a public, sometimes unsupervised place I was accused of insinuating the reception staff were dishonest. My point was they were in a public area open to anyone from the street etc. In the end we chose not to use the service.

Room was clean and well organized. Good assortment of kitchen gear. The light didn’t work under the microwave/above the cooktop. The shower head only let out a trickle of water. Submitted that for repair and was done in less than an hour. So nice to have in unit laundry. Bed and furniture so comfortable. Stayed a very comfortable temp despite being a corner unit and so many windows. Will def stay again. Did small weed very strongly one morning (thought all units were non-smoking) and a dog barking loudly too. Love the black out shade in the bedroom.
