Our bright spacious 4 bedroom sleeps up to 14 - 16 guests in super comfy Sealy Posturepedic beds.

Four full bathrooms each have a walk in glass enclosed shower, a meticulously stocked chef's kitchen with all of the accouterments that go with such a kitchen, a dining table that truly seats the same number of guests the apartment sleeps - this is THE home away from home you want for your stay in Chicago.

Bachelor & Bachelorette groups love our space - but note that as live in owner's we're pretty particular about welcoming only the best behaved, so if your group is looking for a beautiful, comfortable space, and especially if you imagine sitting together around the dining table over a dinner or brunch together (we can even suggest local caterers) - we are THE vacation rental for you!
**If you're a group that's coming ONLY to bar hop and party all night - we might not be the space for you.... (we're a family friendly building and aren't keen on lots of drunken guests stumbling in at 3 AM ;-( **

Marathon weekend

This property was perfect for our stay. Two families (9 adults & 2 children) with room to spare. Walking distance to neighborhood shopping, restaurants and the market. Proximity to train station or a quick Uber made getting downtown easy. Carole was a great communicator from booking, providing a local guide book, suggestions on where to eat and walking me through the check-in process. Everyone in out group had an all around great experience with our stay.

Perfect home base to explore the city

A couple of things made this the ideal place for our group of 11. The apartment itself was very clean and easy to access. Close to a good coffee shop and Whole Foods, among other places. Bus stops and train stations were close. We shared rooms, but no one had to share a bed. Plus the apartment has a good view of the skyline! I would definitely book again!

Four days at Magic Factory Lofts

We were a family group with wide ranging ages. Apartment 3East was great for our group. Well-equipped and a very good location. The balcony got a lot of use for relaxing and chatting. We ate out at local restaurants-Vinci, Blue Door Farm Stand and a Mexican restaurant close by. All good. Would highly recommend MF Lofts.

My friends and I were here for a bachelor party. All the previous reviews are on point, this place is awesome. Great amount of space, plenty of room to sleep 10+ people, conveniently located, secure building - it was exactly what we needed. The team operating the rental is very responsive as well. Friends Reunion (group of 12)

I chose this property because it is one of very few that offers enough beds and space for 12 adults. Basil and Carole we’re very open when it came to helping whoever got there first with check in (it wasn’t me) and they were also very clear about the layout and rules. My friends and I gathered for a 3 night run of a concert and had brought a speaker for daytime listening... Basil ensured that if the music was too loud, they would send a message or knock to let us know, instead of finding out afterward, which I appreciated. We were also unsure how many people would be staying and the hosts were kind enough to let us wait to know for sure before paying the extra person fee so that we didn’t overpay for guests if they didn’t show up. Basil also came over and helped us with the oven when we couldn’t figure that out and periodically checked in with a message to ensure our time at their place was going smoothly. I was a little worried about how it would go being in a space where the owners live on site, with 12 adults, but it wasn’t an issue. We didn’t feel too “contained” and felt very cared for with Basil and Carole. Parking on the street was fine, it’s a great neighborhood and I didn’t experience any issues there. The apartment had everything we needed and more. Plenty of towels/pillows/blankets. The space was well decorated and had the best view I’ve ever had whilst staying in Chicago. 10/10 would recommend for any, respectable, large group!

A group of 9 HS buddies converged in Chicago from all over the country, explored Chicago from this base camp! Perfect, everybody had their own bed with a wonderful great room to gather both morning and night while planning the days activities! Central location to walk to many places was key. Great hosts!

Wonderful loft in the city!

Such a cool property. Plenty of room with all the amenities. Close by to all the major attractions. We were joking whenever anyone asked far something was “15 minutes lol!”. Hosts were extremely accommodating, went above and and beyond to meet our requests. We were allowed to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out. Property was spotless and the location was great for exploring Chicago.
