Modern Luxury 1bd-1ba - Heart of City: Close to Highway 90 & 94

Feel comfortable in this spacious and unique 1bd space. New In-law-suite which includes a large family room. There is an oven, range hood, refrigerator, microwave, washer/dryer, bathroom with luxurious granite stand up shower. Enclosed in locked gate that surrounds property. Street parking is included. Please note, this unit is located on the lower level of the property. It is private and has its own separate entrance. Entrance has five steep steps, but is equipped with a railing.

Home is in a quiet neighborhood on the northside of Chicago. Perfectly positioned next to everything Chicago has to offer: most trendy neighborhoods, professional baseball team (Cubs), and touristy downtown area. Quick access to highway allows you to reach a vast majority of Chicago within 30 minutes.

My host was so very kind there was even a mishap with the keys on my behalf and the host was very kind and understanding. It was very clean and in a cozy place not much noise came from upstairs and it stayed very warm. The neighborhood was also very quiet and nice although street parking was a little hard to find but everything was within walking distance.

The parking was not ideal, but we got lucky with a spot just around by the back alley. The bed was very comfortable and we both slept well despite the upstairs guests/renters? Being a little loud the first night. Overall very nice place, seemed like a nice neighborhood, would definitely stay again.

The apartment was fantastic. It is in a beautiful neighborhood and extremely close to public transportation. There are many shopping/eating options nearby. The book left by the host was invaluable in helping to navigate during our stay. The communication with the host was easy and straightforward, adding to the ease of the stay

Overall a good experience and would recommend. Located close to a lot, seemed like a decent area, felt safe for my daughter and I. Only one inconvenience of the key not being in the lockbox upon arrival, but Toby was very apologetic and dropped everything and came to let us in and paid for our dinner. He was very good at responding and very helpful. Upstairs neighbors were very loud very ealy in the morning, so a bit disruptive but but not sure if this is a normal thing since our stay was short. Overall, a nice stay, wonderful shower/bathroom.

Short stay and cubs game

My sister and I came to Chicago for a Cubs game. Toby’s place was perfect. We enjoyed the walk to Wrigley (about 3 miles) and the neighborhood. We felt safe, slept great and everything from check in, parking, and check out was great.

Great Place in Irving Park

Couldn’t be better. Toby replies immediately. Great kitchen with oil, salt, pepper, pasta, spices. I could have made a meal, if necessary. Markets nearby. Pharmacy. Great variety of restaurants.

Beautiful, Cozy, and Comfortable!

This is the perfect place for a couple to stay for a weekend in the Windy City! It has everything you need, and youre close to the big attractions! Parking can be a little tricky, but the fact that its free helps a lot! Toby is a wonderful host. You'll feel taken care of, and enjoy your time at this property!

A week in Chicago

We really enjoyed our stay at Toby's place. The property is as listed, very accommodating, everything we needed was provided! The host was very responsive within minutes of contacting. The place was very clean and well kept! The bed is very comfortable however if sleeping with a partner you will feel their every move. Parking can be difficult if you stay out late! If you can't find a spot on belle plaine try whipple. Would definitely stay here again.
