You'll be just a short drive or train ride away from downtown Chicago, making it convenient to explore all the city has to offer. Welcome to your cozy retreat in the heart of Irving Park! This basement unit offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bedrooms: This unit features two inviting bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable full bed, while the second bedroom offers a spacious queen bed, providing restful sleep for all guests. Bathroom: The full bathroom includes a bathtub, perfect for soaking and relaxation after a busy day. Entertainment: The living area is equipped with a flat-screen TV with Netflix, ensuring endless entertainment options for cozy nights in. Make yourself at home in this charming space, designed for comfort and convenience. Parking: Enjoy the convenience of free street parking available right outside the property. Entry: Access the unit easily with a lockbox containing the key. You'll receive a unique code before your arrival for a seamless check-in experience. -We will try our best, but Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are difficult to accommodate, especially during the summer. If you need additional time, please consider booking an extra day. -No parties, noise or loud music. We have cancelled reservations due to complaints in the past. -Quiet hours must be observed from 10pm to 8am -No smoking. In the event that the unit is smoked in, there will be an automatic $500 cleaning & deodorizing fee applied. -Guest should be mindful to not run or walk hard in the apartment to not disturb other tenants. -Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are expressly prohibited and your reservation will be canceled. -Bath towels are provided per number of guests not per number of stay -We have duvet covers on our beddings (no top sheets). -A Security Deposit may be required on some bookings. -If there's an issue during your stay, please report it real time so we can address it right away. -Pets are allowed: Small Dogs or Cats at $50 per pet, per stay.

We loved this spot. Very charming and intimate. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the neighborhood is pretty quiet. We will definitely like to visit this location again!

I thought this booking was too good to be true, with the quiet neighborhood and absolutely stunning accommodations, but the host Joan really has curated such a wonderful space for her guests and I was truly blown away by the space. It was such a serene retreat after a day of sightseeing in the city! Everything looked exactly as pictured, the space was comfortable, and Joan was more than accommodating. 10/10, would absolutely stay again!

The pictures of the VRBO are as accurate as the property itself. Clean, well organized and a great location. Joan was very helpful and offered any assistance if it was ever needed. Close to multiple modes of public transportation, food establishments and tons of free street parking if driving a car. I will/would highly recommend staying here anytime visiting Chicago.
