The apartment was in a great location and had wonderful views of the lake. We felt safe and comfortable. For the most part the apartment was clean but could use a good dusting, one of the base boards was peeling off in the kitchen/dining area, and the doors to the laundry were difficult to open since there was a water pan under the washer blocking it from opening all the way. But we worked around it. Also, we understand an early check in fee if arriving hours early but charging for just a half hour early is unreasonable for any lodging arrangements, especially since we were told our room was ready hours ago. The lobby staff ended up checking us in and overrode the fee that was coming up on the self check in kiosk. All of the staff were friendly and helpful whether working with them or passing them in the hall or elevator. We didn't have a chance to use the amenities on the 7th floor but we did check them out and they were top notch.

The space is really nice, well-located, and has a very attentive staff. Our apartment was dirty when we checked in, with a lot of dirt behind the sofa and under the bed. Another downside is the size of the bed. The mattress is very good, but the bed wasn't even queen-size.

We rented a 2 bed 2 bath apartment for 3 days. The apartments are nice and clean, we were please with the location too. Close to many sites and train stations. The staff is just ok, no one is going out of their way to win customer service awards at this place. They do the minimum and it is self service for most things. Getting a call back of you have a question takes commitment on the customers part. I wanted to know if they had a place to hold our luggage the day we arrived if the apartment was not ready. I called 4 days in a row, got voicemail every time, after the fourth call someone finally called and verified their is luggage storage.’

The staff and the hotel alone was amazing. Only concerns was the conditions of the hotel room. You can visibly tell a lot of luggage has hit the walls and the rugs had a lot of stains.

Dream location

Such an easy location for our trip purposes and the ease of coming and going was fantastic. Close to everything and only a 15 minute walk to Soldier Field for the game.
