Yes, room was perfect, clean, staff was not responsive to the temperature in the room that was reported at check in. When we went to room to retire after midnight, it was 80 degrees warm. We had to move to another room late that night.

Every area of the property is beautiful, the rooms, the gorunds with two waterfalls, andt 4 gazebos. A strabucks, COA mexican resturant, the Polo club, and the Colonilal rsetaurant. I dined in the Colonial reurant Saturday and Sunday celebrating my birthday. An excellent fine dining restaurant. The service and food were outstanding. This place is a hidden gem. Can't wait to spend another celebration there.

It is a perfect spot if you want to divide your time to explore Chicago and Naperville. I highly recommend leaving early in the morning to beat the traffic and plan to return after 9 pm. However, the weekends give you more flexibility

There is no spa or pool at the property. The rooms are very old. The property has a wedding reception therefore expect loud music even at the 4th floor. This hotel is a 2-star at best.

Absolutely terrible! Staff was unavailable/absent. I was put in a room attached to a wedding venue and both nights of my stay there was a wedding with loud noise, lots of people, doors slamming, DJ/bar etc. Stayed for 2 nights and got 1 hour of sleep total due to the awful environment. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone! Too expensive for the headache and frustration it caused.
