The Neighborhood:
The house is only a few minutes walk from East Wittering's pebble and wet sand beach. This beautiful part of West Sussex is popular with holidaymakers, with West Wittering's blue flag beach less than 5 minutes drive.

East Wittering village has plenty of cafes and restaurants as well as a fishmonger, butcher, pharmacy, barbers and greengrocers.

We are also fortunate in the area with numerous great pubs to choose from! The Lamb (West Wittering), The Shore (East Wittering), The Wittering (West Wittering), The Ship (Itchenor) and the Crown & Anchor (Dell Quay).

There are plenty of water-based activities such as kite surfing, kayaking and paddle board hire for the adventurous types in your group!

Chichester is 15 minutes drive. This popular, historic city with an array of bars, restaurants, pubs, shops and coffee shops is well worth a visit. It has a stunning cathedral and theatre.

If you're in the area for horse racing at Goodwood, Revival or the Festival of Speed, this home is a short 15 minute drive away.

Getting Around:
With lots of space to park in the driveway, driving to the house is a good option. But once you're here, you might find that you can leave the car parked up. So much is within easy walking distance, including the beach, cafes and grocery stores.

There are local bus services that connect you to West Wittering and Chichester. Or you can hire local cabs to get you where you need to go.

Chichester has a railway station that connects this part of the world with many other locations in southern England, including Brighton, Portsmouth, and London.

Please be aware that the hot tub is subject to an additional charge of ÂŁ150. This covers a full drain, clean and refill between guests which we are strictly advised to do by government standards. Please contact us for more information prior to booking.

★ PET POLICY ★

We welcome responsible dog owners. We do ask a few things though:

- Dogs must be well/house trained
- Dogs should only be allowed in the communal parts of the house, not in bedrooms or upstairs
- Please clear up after your dog in the garden and around the property (fines payable if this isn't adhered to)
- Muddy paws should be cleaned before they're allowed into the house
- Please never leave dogs in the property unsupervised
