Cool beach house situated centrally in quaint village ( West Wittering) on a quiet cul de sac and only 5/10 minutes walk to sandy beach with dunes.

House: large open plan living area with sliding doors onto large, contained garden which is perfect for kids. Separate kitchen diner with concrete flooring/ underfloor heating throughout.
Village has lovely restaurant/ pub and butcher on small high street. 10 mins drive to Chichester and 15 mins to Goodwood.
