Welcome to these newly constructed homes! They are nestled in the Chickamauga area, just across the state line from Chattanooga, for your convenience. Between the TWO separate homes you are renting they boast eight bedrooms (6 of which are separate master suites with en suite full bathrooms attached) & 4 additional half bathrooms, these entire homes are yours to enjoy. Plus each backyard is secluded w/ a Hot Tub providing you with a private oasis.
Enjoy exclusive access to each home's modern, spacious layout with three unique floors and a variety of amenities for a comfortable stay. Also you will have access to the large front yard with loads of possibilities for yard games and just relaxing.
EACH of the TWO HOMES you are renting includes the following:
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
🛏️ Master Bedroom Suite: King bed, dresser, walk-in closet with toddler bed, large 4K flatscreen TV, and en suite bathroom.
🛏️ Second Bedroom Suite: Queen bed, private bathroom with tiled shower, double vanities, and a cozy reading nook complete with seating area.
🛏️ Third Bedroom Suite: Queen bed and private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
🛌 Theater Room Bedroom: Queen bed, bunk bed with two twin beds, and an 86" 4K movie screen.

🚗 Driveway, and Road: The road and driveway can be a bit narrow and steep in places. Please drive carefully. You are responsible for your vehicle and any potential damage to it or the landscaping. There is ample space to drive and park, but caution is essential.
🏡 Rural Georgia Charm: This home is nestled in rural Georgia, offering a peaceful, slower pace of life. You'll enjoy beautiful natural landscapes, wildflowers, and a mix of restored and newly built homes. However, like many rural areas, you may also encounter less polished aspects, such as cars in yards or trailer homes
🛏️ Occupancy and Fees: These open-concept 3 level homes accommodates a maximum of 28 guests, only while including smaller children. This amount of people ONLY works when using the toddler bed and/or pac-n-play for the last few guests. An additional $10 per person/ per night (including kids) will be charged for guests beyond 12.
🚗🔑 Garage Access: Not upkeep for guests, but may be available upon request.
🅿️Parking Limit: Up to 8 regular-sized cars or 4 cars and 2 oversized vehicle. Parking is only allowed on the pavement. Those who drive off the black pavement will incur a fee to lawn repair.
👶 Infants: We welcome infants, but please note we do not provide outlet plugs, foam guards, a crib, or a pack-n-play.
