Outside the centre of Chiclana de la Frontera, on a fenced, 1800 m² property in the middle of Janda Gaditana, Villa el Rodeo offers spectacular mountain views and a well-connected location to reach beautiful beaches and lively city centres. The charming villa consists of a living room, a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a fireplace, a washing machine, a television and one parasol for the beach. In your generous outdoor area with beautiful mountain views, you will find a 50 m² pool surrounded by a healthy lawn, shady trees and hedges. There is furthermore a barbecue, a lounge area, a rustic well and an outdoor shower. The villa is well-situated to reach both the lively centre of Chiclana de la Frontera and the sandy beaches of the coast. A pharmacy, supermarket, tobacco shop and a selection of restaurants are about 1 km or a 12-minute walk from the property. The fantastic selection of shops and eateries in the centre of Chiclana de la Frontera are furthermore about 5 km or a 7-minute drive away. You can reach 7 beautiful beaches in about 20 minutes driving (12 km), including Playa de la Barrosa and Cala de Roche.



5 parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed. Bed linens are included in the price while towels, unfortunately, cannot be provided.
