Hacienda Laguna Seca
The Lavanda apartment belongs to a beautiful complex of four rural apartments with shared pool, located 8 km from Chiclana de la Frontera. There is the possibility of renting the whole complex, or the apartments individually.
There is private parking on the premises and a large common garden for all apartments with a large beach-type swimming pool, available in summer (usually from June to September). It is the perfect base for exploring Andalusia, as it has good access to the southern road network.
The apartments have Wifi, and a common laundry room for all the accommodations.
This apartment is located on the first floor and can accommodate 4 people, it consists of a bedroom with 150 cm bed, ceiling fan and closet. The bathroom is complete with bathtub. In the living room there is a double sofa bed, flat screen TV and dining area, the kitchen is loft type, very well equipped with: microwave grill, capsule and Italian coffee maker, refrigerator, and all the necessary utensils to enjoy your stay. In the room you have ceiling fan for the hottest summer nights. Swimming pool available in season (01/04/2025 - 01/11/2025).
The holiday complex is located in a rural area between Chiclana and Puerto Real, in the Marquesado area, and only 20 minutes away from the beach by car. The highway is 4 minutes away, which makes it easy to get to any of the beautiful beaches in the area of Cadiz. At 3 km there is a golf course.
It is in the corridor two Bay, in the gorge Royal Road from Cadiz to Medina, ideal area where mountain biking, hiking, dressage (El Cortijo de Guerra) ... etc... Just 1 km away there is a small supermarket, bar and restaurant. The area is very quiet, perfect to connect with nature, enjoy the good weather in the pool, hiking etc.. It is an ideal place to rest, relax and disconnect. This accommodation has a crib on request.

In the outdoor area there are fantastic communal gardens and a lake pool with jacuzzi jets also communal. FROM 4 MARCH 2025 TO 13 APRIL 2025 THE SWIMMING POOL WILL BE CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS.
