If you want to experience the climate of southern Spain, this flat is ideal for you. It has a 24x9m saltwater swimming pool with a depth range between 1.20m and 2.10m and a children's pool. This pool is situated in a communal garden, ideal for relaxing in the shade of the palm trees. The flat has a terrace ideal to spend a good time together with your companions. As it is located in an urbanization, it has direct neighbours so the privacy is partial.

The flat is distributed on a single ground floor and has a cosy interior with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The living room is equipped with a television, while the open-plan dining room offers a cosy space to enjoy family meals. The ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils for comfortable cooking. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. As for the bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. Both are equipped with fans for extra comfort. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide a cot and high chair.

The accommodation is located in residential urbanisation 12 minutes drive from the centre of Chiclana de la Frontera, a town in the province of Cadiz, in Andalusia. In this picturesque town, we can find a rich and varied local gastronomy in its wide variety of bars and restaurants. In addition, Chiclana de la Frontera is surrounded by an extensive natural beauty of cliffs and mountainous landscapes. Just 5 minutes away by car we can find the extensive beach of La Barrosa, where you can enjoy crystal clear waters.

- The swimming pool is open from 11:30h to 15:30h and from 17:00h to 21:00h every day from June 15th to September 15th.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The holding of events is forbidden.
- There is exterior parking for 1 car.
