Located in the residential area of Marismas de la Almadraba in Chiclana de la Frontera, this cosy townhouse with private terrace, garden and communal swimming pool is ideal for 6 guests to enjoy a well-deserved holiday.
The urbanization has an extensive garden where you can find the communal chlorine swimming pool of 14x14 metres, with a depth of 1.5 to 2.20 metres, where you can cool off on hot summer days. In addition, the community has tennis and paddle tennis courts where you can have a good time with your companions. The flat, distributed over 3 floors, has a furnished porch, as well as an interior patio on the ground floor and a terrace on the first floor where you can relax and enjoy an evening in the fresh air.
As you enter the interior of the property, you will be greeted by the living-dining room equipped with a sofa and two armchairs that invite you to relax and entertain yourself with the TV, as well as a table with chairs for the dining area. This space is air-conditioned to make your stay more pleasant. Next, you will find the fully equipped gas kitchen with all the necessary utensils for everyday life, as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board for use during the stay. To finish the distribution of the ground floor, there is a toilet. Going up the stairs, you will find the 3 bedrooms with wardrobe and fan.
