The room decor was minimalistic but actually nice. Hard floors rather than rugs…we liked that. Excellent lighting…a real plus for us. I would recommend additional towel rods…not hooks. The open shower is a nice concept but doesn’t work well in the real world. It is impossible to take a shower without getting the bathroom floor soaked. All said, the pluses outweighed the negatives.

Property was clean. Staff was great. It is right on a road, so some road noise. The rooms are clean, but felt almost clinical. Not comfortable. There are no drapes, no carpet, nothing to absorb noise. So not a bad place to stay for one night. Breakfast was lacking in anything with protein.

Not what I was expecting from other reviews.

The beds were not soft. My wife and I stayed in a place dow. In rock port that had harder beds. The hot tub looked brown. Pool was clean. Rooms recently remodeled. The bathrooms had no vent....smells from the bathroom travel. The front desk should book more accordingly. Families in one area and they booked someone into the room above us late. That person was up all night....the ceiling was so hollow. I'd pass staying here again....go with. Hyatt!!!!
