Disappointing property. Uncomfortable beds. Open shower door design that soaked the bathroom floor causing a slip hazard and requiring towels to dry. No soundproofing so we could hear the loud footsteps from above all night. Lots of road noise from the adjacent highway. Breakfast was terrible with no eggs or meat option.

The front desk agent was so pleasant and the lobby smelled incredible. With that being said, I assumed I had made a great decision when I checked in at 11pm. Unfortunately, I was awaken by the room being shook by the semis driving down the street, which is uncontrollable. Then, I was awaken by the bed bugs that were having their way with me. So, at 5am, only a few hours after checking in I grabbed a shower in the tub I needed to clean and promptly checked out. SMH
