It was a very clean facility. It smelled very fresh and clean. Room was very neat and had plenty of towels!! Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and coffe 24 hours a day. Outside had some utility work so that was not controlled by staff.

Tried to checkout. No staff to be found. Rang the bell several times. Knocked on doors behind the counter. After 25 minutes threw the key cards on the register and left. No receipt. Will never use them again.

The front desk staff were very pleasant and the room was kept in good condition. However, the air conditioning unit was completely turned off (it was over 90 degrees outside) and it took almost the entire night to get the room to a comfortable temperature. For future guests I would suggest that the hotel ensure that the air conditioning units are checked and prepared prior to guest arrival.

Found bedbugs in our first room
Checked in, laid down and found bedbugs. Had originally reserved for four nights. Called Travelocity to get cancellation. They passed the buck saying the local motel would have to do that on the first night. I asked them if the quality of the places they got reservations for mattered to them. Will not use them again.

Overnight only
Hotel was easy to find back from the main highway. Our room was very stuffy. When turned air and fan on it did not work. Called front desk and they said it was a fuse that popped and it came on. Breakfast was standard. Comfortable beds although only double beds.

Quality Accommodations And Attention To Detail
Pros:This place is a professionally-run, fairly-priced and clean hotel. It somehow manages to maintain a real family feel.
Cons:Please install a small recycling bin in your rooms. That's the only improvement.
Location:Very nearby is a shopping center filled with eating establishments and retail. Plenty of gas stations. Easy drive to most major destinations.
At first glance, it does not look very welcoming. Don't be deceived. The staff is extremely helpful, they always have fresh coffee made, and perhaps the most important of all: they have a large, high-quality and professional laundry facility on site. This makes this hotel rank among the cleanest and freshest I've experienced during my recent trips through the midwest via I-70. My fairly-priced king room came with a microwave, a refrigerator and a jetted tub. They generously leave the hdmi ports available on the back of the tv so it's easy to connect your own hi-def video source. They do use traffic shaping on their wifi network, so don't expect to be watching any streaming video service for too long. They offer Seattle's Best coffee in the rooms, and upscale soaps and lotions. The towels are very fresh. The bathroom was very clean. Entry is private and easy as the hotel is set up in "wings" where you can park in a lot near the most convenient entrance. Perhaps the most stunning feature of this hotel is in the very economical workout room. The weight tower is in a class of its own and offers the traveler a full-body workout in a very short amount of time. Plus there's a really good treadmill. So it comes down to what I said in the headline: attention to detail.

It was an average hotel that provided us what we needed. It was clean. The internet was insufficient and we could not really use it from our room....disappointing. breakfast was good.

Spent a short period of time at the hotel, was visiting the area it was convienient to where I was visiting
