"Location was good, staff was excellent, and building seems to be in good condition. However the room was tiny, and it could be noisy due to the bathroom sewage/drain system.
Breakfast was okay and it was included in the room.
Biggest problem was the tiny tiny room which normally seen in Japanese biz hotel in big cities. But this was in Penang.
In room 206, the split AC fan blows directly to the bed, which make sleeping a big problem. The room was so tiny, the AC unit cannot be located anywhere else. "
