Loved the welcoming drink and 'freezing' cold towel to cool us down at the reception when we checked in. Room was very spacious and clean. Also appreciate the complimentary teas and coffee. We only drink coffees in the morning and we stayed 3 nights but there were only 2 pods so we had to ask for more for the next day. Everything else was great. Appreciate that they offered free shuttle to a few places of interest. Staff was very friendly & helpful.

Stayed for 3 nights with my mom to celebrate her birthday. We've visited Penang multiple times and have been trying out different hotels. This is by far one of the best and, in terms of value for price paid, this is the best! Location is great, just a stroll away from 1st Avenue mall which meets our shopping needs. And the hotel has daily morning shuttles to our favourite breakfast haunts! Though it's only a short Grab ride away, every dollar saved is every dollar available for shopping :) The staff team is great too, from the bellhop to the receptionist, all smiley and friendly. A big shout out to Wardina for arranging for a birthday surprise for my mum! Thanks so much! We had the one bedroom suite which has more than ample space for both of us. The room is very clean with very comfortable beds. Shower pressure is also excellent! Will defintely stay here again without any hesitation. Thanks again!!!

Wonderful hotel, room is spacious and clean. Bathtub in the center of the toilet. Just be aware the toilet uses a curtain to cover up. Bed was cosy with options to request for different types of pillows. located in the center of town. Shopping malls just across the road. A great location will be definitely go back again. Oh and the door man named Vignesvaran provided excellent service and very helpful on how to use the automated carpark system.

Very nice hotel, great location for walking around Georgetown. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only slight negative was rooftop bar. No wine by glass available and could only buy spirit s by the bottle ? Very strange. Overall, very nice hotel and would return.
