Enjoy the cool breezes coming off the Chincoteague Channel while relaxing on the porch at Gone Coastal! Nestled in a grove of pines and tucked just off East Side Drive, this charming unit has everything your family desires for a wonderful stay on Chincoteague Island. Bright and cheery nautical decor will help to put you on "island time". Featuring two bedrooms, two and a half baths, a spacious living and dining area, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The two bedrooms are on the upper level. The master features a full bed with flat screen television, full bath, and balcony with sliding door and comfortable outdoor furnishings. An additional bedroom featuring a full size bed and double bunk, and a full bath is located in the hallway upstairs as well. On the ground floor you'll find a spacious living area with large flat screen tv, plush seating, and plenty of reading material. The eat-in kitchen features everything you'll need to prepare and enjoy meals "at home" - electric range, roomy refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee bar, and dining table. A full-sized washer and dryer are located in a utility closet just off the kitchen, and a barbecue grill is located on the back porch for your convenience. Located centrally on the island - you're a quick bike ride or easy walking distance to the commerce on Maddox Boulevard or downtown Main Street, or to Memorial Park located just down Eastside Drive. Pop into one the oyster farms and grab a sack to bring back and enjoy with a glass of wine as the sun sets on another day Gone Coastal. Please Note: No boats or trailers are allowed at the complex.

- This property is pet friendly with a pet fee per pet. Pet fee is $150 per pet. All pets must be disclosed prior to arrival.

We very much so enjoyed our stay at Eastwinds in Chincoteague, VA. It was wonderful! Too short. The townhouse was impeccably clean and very nice, close to all the restaurants and about a 10 minute drive to the National Park. It was very nice seeing the gift package for our Pup. :-) She Very much enjoyed it. The only issues was the queen bed mattress could be a bit newer/firmer and just a caution. After a heavy rain the parkinlot gets about 2 inches of standing water for a few hours, making it interesting when getting everyone out of the car. :-) We will be back!

Was good grass cut was day late notified and it happened. Thursday tree company showed up made noise all day and then left chips n shavings everywhere wasn’t happy about that. And drove in front yard and parked blocked sidewalk.

We loved the Coastal Townhouse and was pleased with the rental. What we did not like was the two ladies infront one on one side and the other side compaining about parking. dogs kids, then when my husband and I went to rear of rental a lady in the back gray trailer came out yelling at us to move our car we could not be there as we were tring to bring our shopping and dogs in. My husband and I have a hard time walking so we tried to go in where it was easy for us. It be came quite apparent that they did not like transits renting.

Wonderful stay.

Lovely home, which was very clean on arrival. We enjoyed our stay and could cycle or walk to lots within the town and up to the beach. The house had all the basics we needed. Our only negative was the window in the spare room was not dressed with a very effective blind and so everyone was up at 6am. Otherwise, we’d say 10/10. Everyone we spoke to were very friendly and helpful. We would recommend to friends and family.

Excellent place!

This was such a comfortable house to stay in! I’m really picky about cleanliness and rarely feel comfortable in someone else’s space, but this house was so clean and well-taken-care-of that I would come back to stay in an instant. The location is fine. It’s walking distance to things but there are no sidewalks so that made it a little hard for us with a dog and kid. Very easy to drive everywhere though. Definitely recommend this place!

Very nice place. Clean, safe and home-like feel. My niece, age 13, said it was the first place she has stayed in that she felt safe and comfortable enough that she could sleep. Would highly recommend and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Good Location to explore chincoteague

We were two couples looking to explore the island. It was like a home away from home. Modern with everything we needed. Bathrooms were small, plumbing was loud and the walls were thin, just so you know. If someone uses the facilities during the night, you will surely hear it. Really the only downfall of the property. It worked for our needs.

Clean and great location

The house was clean and comfortable with great location that close to everything in town. The kitchen has spices and oils that make it easier for us to cook. The only thing I'd say is that it is for 6-7 people not 8 people like the description said but we brought our own mattress and blanket so it worked out fine. Overall very good experience and I'd highly recommend it!
