The entire hotel was clean and well maintained and beautifully decorated for Christmas . We enjoyed the small touches like the towels and toilet paper folded fancy and toiletries provided as well as the beautiful and peaceful view of the water.

This is the best hotel we've ever stayed at -- almost seemed like a luxury hotel. Over a three-night stay, front dest clerks were friendly, helpful and always at their post, greeting us as we came and went during the day and evening. The parking, entrance and lobby are all beautiful and welcoming, with a spacious and comfortable lounge with a water view. Everything was sparkling clean, the room was comfortable and clean. We were happy we reserved a waterfront room -- right on the channel with seagulls skimming by and working fishing boats chugging by. It was very cold and windy (November) when we were there, so we didn't use the boardwalk and tables and chairs outside by the channel -- but it looked like a lovely place to relax in fine weather. All in all, we were super pleased with this hotel and will return. We have visited Chincoteague many times over many years and always stayed at another hotel. We are glad we took a chance on a new (to us) hotel.

Great location with nice views; very friendly and helpful staff; nice amenities like an EV charger, indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast was substantial with many choices such as make--your-own waffles. The bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again

The staff was so nice! They would stop what they were doing when you walked by to say, have a good day or hello. They cleaned the rooms everyday. The breakfast attendants kept the breakfast area super clean, stocked, and the coffee station (available all day) was always well supplied and available. The attendants also were wiping down the tables and counters, consistently! I wish every hotel was on top of their game like this one!
