The first floor features a full kitchen, dining room, and living room, along with a convenient half bath.
The second floor includes a bedroom with 2 twins on the right side, a bedroom with a pyramid bunk and a twin on the left side, and a second bedroom on the left with a queen bed. A large full bathroom is located at the end of the hallway.
The third-floor bedroom features a king bed, private bath, and a spacious balcony.

Not as advertised
The property is nicely located, but the property is, just shabby.
There are water stains and damage in almost all of the ceilings.
The steps and first landing are uneven and dangerous.
It is quite evident that the owner(s) ar not keeping up with maintenance.
