Welcome to this lovely cul-de-sac home, a 4 bedroom, 3 full bath in Chino Hills, California. The spacious floor plan provides a living room with a fireplace. Close to both 60 and 71 freeway.
In order to protect our guests and stop the spread of COVID-19, we are working with the professional disinfecting company, Vira Tech, to help our house get electrostatically disinfected. We will leave a placard with a certification for each new tenant to see as they move into the space.
