- 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa situated on the crystal clear waters of Komi Beach in Chios, Greece.
- Modern, stylish bedrooms with premium cotton bedding, large custom closets with hangers, desk and chair for personal or professional use, hard wood flooring, traditional stone wall accents, and cozy lighting. A money vault is also available in the master bedroom.
- Expansive outdoor terrace fully equipped with sun loungers and umbrella, dining area, beach towels, and Oriflame sunscreen. Just bring your swimsuit!
-Enjoy an additional oceanic view from the private upstairs balcony of the master bedroom. Want in on a little secret? Leave the master bedroom balcony doors open at night to feel the gentle Aegean breeze, and hear the the most soothing sound of the ocean as waves crash endlessly along the shore.
