The flat "Casa Charo" is located in the historic centre of Chipiona, very close to the castle and the beaches. It is completely new, recently renovated in 2023 with a very well kept decoration and modern touches, all in detail as shown in the photos.the flat is located in a two-storey building, occupies the ground floor, has a very cozy inner courtyard light to read and relax. It has a large bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. The mattresses are very comfortable. It has FIBRA-WIFI internet access exclusively for the flat. The room is soundproofed with a high quality window to isolate any noise coming from the street. All expenses are included, including sheets and towels. The kitchen is also brand new and very complete with all the necessary kitchenware. As the flat is in the historic centre you can walk to all amenities, shops, cafes, banks, Town Hall, Tourist Office (in the same street), supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the Municipal Market where you can buy all the products of our land, fish, seafood, meat, a wide variety of fruit and plants. Chipiona is a fishing village that lives from the sea, from tourism and from the countryside where all kinds of products are grown, especially flowers which are exported all over the world. Good seafood and fried fish can be tasted in any bar or restaurant in Chipiona. Its white sandy beaches, rich in iodine, are awarded every year with the Blue Flag of the Clean Seas of Europe. The wine par excellence of Chipiona is the "Moscatel", a sweet wine of exquisite taste to be enjoyed at any time of the day.
Nearby airport at only 30 km. in Jerez de la Frontera and car hire. Also at about 100 km. is the airport of Seville and a little further is the airport of Malaga, easy access by road, it is located in the centre of Chipiona and next to the flat is the garage for guests who need it. The urbanisation "Costa Ballena" is about 3 km away, where there are golf courses, supermarkets (mercadona), beautiful beaches, bars-restaurants, bicycle rental, horse rental, shopping area and areas for pleasant walks. The best of Chipiona are the beaches, which are only a few steps away from the flat. You don't need a car to go to the beach.
