Welcome to Borough Cottage, our beautiful 3-bedroom Georgian country cottage in the heart of Chipping Norton. Behind the classic stone facade and welcoming blue front door, you'll find a charming and cozy retreat perfect for creating lasting memories with family and friends.

Whether you're visiting for a weekend getaway or a well-deserved break, our cottage is just a short walk from boutique shops, charming cafes, antique stores, outdoor lido and the village cinema.

Recently renovated, our spacious cottage is set over three floors, blending original Georgian features with modern comforts. Bright, natural light fills the rooms, creating an airy and appealing atmosphere.

The living room invites you to unwind with its ample cozy seating, a Smart TV with high-speed WIFI, and a wonderful wood-burning fireplace for cooler evenings.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. It features:
• A dining table for sharing meals
• Rangemaster gas hob and oven
• Dishwasher

Our three bedrooms are designed to suit various group configurations:
• **Master Bedroom (1st Floor):** A comfortable king-size bed, built-in wardrobe, and an ensuite
bathroom. A dressing table and chair provide a dedicated workspace.
• **Second Bedroom (2nd Floor):** A super-king size bed that can be reconfigured into two single beds upon request. It also includes a dressing table/chair and a built-in wardrobe.
• **Third Bedroom (2nd Floor):** A cozy double bed with a pine wardrobe and lovely views of the town.

The main bathroom on the first floor includes both a bathtub and a separate shower. Fresh towels and high-quality bed linen are provided for your stay.

Perfect

We were on holiday to the up from the States. This house was the perfect location to use as a base to tour the. Cotswold. The house itself was very comfortable,clean and spacious.
