DO NOT STAY HERE... I stayed gere because the other gotel I always stay was book for the 1st time in 7 years ( I travel almost evrery 4-6 months to Guatemala) I was there for 6 nights, I asked them to clean my room 3 days after the first night and they DI NOT CHANGE THE SHEETS, I MARKED, ALL SHEETS AND PILLOW COVERS BEFORE I LEFT THE ROOM, NOTHING WAS CHANGED, the floor was dirty, bathroom was dirty... the rokm was NOT CLEANNED, they only did the beds again wtih all the same sheets... and I have pics.. the bathroom shower was covered in thick black mold ( I also have pics) I reported all this to the front desk and NOTHING WAS DONE to accomodate me, I had to wait almost 2 hours after I got there exhausted (outside & in the heat) because I requested for my sheets tl be changed while I was there... I asked them to change my sheets again, a second time in 6 days 2 days before I left and they were NOT changed again. I askrd front desk if this was reported, she said she did but received no answered from administration... After all this inconvenience, I sent to washed 7 pieces of clothhing because I did not want to take all my clothes dirty and they charged me q70. NEVER AGAIN, Will I stay in theis filthy place.

The family room wad not comfortable 2 beds was broken and one of this fell in my sister in law arm and hurt her. Bathroom was clogged, and then it was an scorpion inside the room.

Front desk staff was not friendly or inviting. Seemed very short of staff. They lost our reservations it were able to supply a room anyway. You are not allowed to bring food into the resort but the ordering options are very limited, they do not even have phones in the rooms to order from the restaurant. You cannot charge anything to your room and have to pay for everything as you go, which if you are swimming, is inconvenient. Facilities seem to be outdated, rips in furniture, etc. Our toilet seat was broken, we requested to fix it but it never was.
