• Modern Bath & Laundry: Refresh in the sleek bathroom featuring a rainfall shower and a full-size bathtub – perfect for unwinding. You’ll also have an in-unit washer (laundry detergent provided) for convenience during longer stays.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the entire apartment during their stay. Entry is via a secure building door (with controlled access for residents). An elevator services the building, taking you comfortably to this 6th-floor apartment. You can also enjoy the gated courtyard on the property – it features a small playground and seating areas, perfect for families or a peaceful break outside. Free street parking is available in the area for those arriving by car .



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is nestled in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood within a gated residential complex. On the ground, you’ll find a tranquil courtyard and little traffic, ensuring a peaceful stay. Step outside the gate and you have everything you need close by: local markets, grocery shops, cafés, and pharmacies are all within a few minutes’ walk. For dining out or daily necessities, you won’t have to go far.



Nearby Attractions: This location also offers easy access to Chișinău’s major attractions:

• Chișinău State Circus – about 15 minutes by car or taxi. This iconic Soviet-era circus building is a short drive across town for a fun family outing.

• Dendrarium Park – roughly 5 minutes by car (approx. 2 km away) , or a 25-minute stroll. Enjoy one of the city’s most beautiful parks filled with gardens and walking paths.

• Cathedral Square (Central Cathedral & Park) – about 10 minutes’ drive to the heart of Chișinău. Here you’ll find the Nativity Cathedral and the Triumphal Arch, surrounded by the main central park.

• Ștefan cel Mare Boulevard – ~10 minutes by car. This is Chișinău’s main boulevard downtown, lined with shops, restaurants, and historic sites (including the Stephen the Great Monument and City Park).



Despite being in a calm area, the apartment’s location lets you reach the vibrant city center quickly, whether by a short taxi ride, trolleybus, or driving.



Getting Around:

Getting around is simple and convenient. The property is well-connected to public transport – a trolleybus stop is just a few minutes’ walk away, so you can hop on and ride straight into the city center or other districts. Taxi and ride-share services are readily available and very affordable in Chișinău – typically arriving within minutes for pick-up at the address. If you have your own car, there is free public parking on the street nearby , and the courtyard gate makes drop-offs easy.



For those arriving by plane, Chișinău International Airport is roughly 18 km (11 miles) from the apartment  – about a 25-30 minute drive under normal traffic. We can gladly assist with arranging an airport transfer upon request (additional fee), or you can easily catch a taxi at the airport. The central train station and bus station are also a short drive away, making this apartment a convenient base whether you’re in town for work or exploring Moldova.



Other Things to Note:

• Additional Housekeeping: The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your arrival. For longer stays, optional cleaning services can be arranged upon request.

• No Smoking & No Pets: Please note that the apartment is 100% smoke-free, and unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. This helps us maintain our high cleaning standards and allergy-free environment for all guests.

• Another Apartment Available: Traveling with a larger group? We manage another 2-bedroom apartment one floor above (7th floor in the same building). It offers a similar layout and amenities. If you need extra space for friends or family, let us know – if available, we can help you book it so your group can stay close together.

• Safety & Security: For your peace of mind, the building entrance is secured 24/7 and the courtyard is gated. The apartment is equipped with a first aid kit and fire extinguisher. Please be mindful of noise in the evenings to respect our neighbors in this quiet community.
