Breakfast is 5 stars. Iiked the daily room cleaning and upkeep. The dining options and room service and Skylounge are great amenities. The gym as well had great staff and equipment.Thlugh the room furniture is somewhat dated and could use new designs. Would stay again.

The lack of working WiFi was really frustrating - a staff member even said that staff working there use their own data because the WiFi is so poor. I raised the issue three times and didn’t get very much help — ended up having to spend a small fortune on data. The laundry service was also extremely expensive. Breakfast was good, though - and the bed comfortable.

The room was luxurious, the service from the staff was impeccable! I checked in asking where I could smoke but instead the staff checked me in a smoking room! The next day I didn't want cleaning one because I'd prefer some privacy and would prefer it done the following day and the cleaning staff actually stocked up extra water and coffee whenever they came into clean also wrote very nice and kind notes like "Welcome home!" Also on the same evening I checked in, I noticed my coat button dropped and I asked for a sewing and it was promptly sent to me! Amazing!

Spacious room, good price for location and friendly housekeeper. The only downside were you cant control the aircond temperature. They told us there is no way we can have a cooler temperature in the room so they they offered a fan. Also we paid for the breakfast on the last day and the menu was so so. Not as great as what we have expected from the review.

The room was clean. The staff were polite, always holding elevator doors & always available. The snacks downstairs were awesome. The hotel was immaculately placed as it was in the middle of everything. The water pressure, oh man the water pressure was so amazing. Happy to see a hotel with very clean rugs. For the simple room thay I had, my room was on the 30th floor & provided me with an amazing view.
Unfortunately the hotel is located across the way from a school. So if you try to get air in the room at night, in the morning you're going to hear school chants & kids.

The customer service in rgmmthis hotel is perfect. I found everyone working in this hotel genuinely helpful and friendly. Starting from checking in, karida was extremely helpful and she allowed us to check in early. Kari, faye, coco, bert zhu and everyone in guest services is extremely friendly, and professional. I enjoy talking with them. They helped me so much with my inline orders with wonderful support. The hotel is at a perfect location and very convenient to all sightseeing places. Breakfast serving time is very convenient. It is from 6:30 to 1：30. I strongly recommend this hotel

The staff is amazing! 1000% amazing. It’s just they for a grand hotel like this one the smell is off putting… like the smoking destroys the ventilation system because I’m sure it’s all interconnected some how. The room smells better when you open up the windows but cmon who wants to do that?… please just clean the vents or don’t allow smoking… or allow smoking in a designated room where it’s away from all the other people.
