Well it has everything that we need. Beds are comfy, room is spacious and clean, kitchen is well equipped with the essential stuff to cook our own meals. The only downside is our room is just next to the main street and is a bit noisy.

A little bit of excellence in every way.

It was roomy, quiet, warm and very comfortable. It had full kitchen facilities and I think we may have been upgraded. It is close to Merivale and within walking distance from eateries and shops. The staff were very friendly and couldn't be more helpful. It is one of our favourite places.

We had a wonderful stay, it is extremely clean, large, comfy place to stay with our large dog. A home away from home with a great outdoor dog area. Handy to everything, will definitely stay again. highly recommend
