Great place to stay. Room was really spacious, modern and newly decorated. Good shower. Soaps etc. replenish daily. Daily housekeeping and plenty of tea, coffee, hot chocolate provided. Cooking facilities basic but sufficient to prepare evening meal. Clean hardly used pool. Laundry facilities were good and cheap. Short walk to Hayley Park and then on to beautiful botanical gardens on the die of the centre. Loads of eating options nearby too. Cannot fault it. Reasonable rates for peak season if booked in advance.

I have 5/5 for my last stay (room 11) but we had room 3 which is right on the road. It was very noisy but it was comfortable for our needs. If you want a quiet room, don't get 3 or 4.

Great location, easily walkable to many restaurants and Hagley Park. Unit could use some updating. Plastic bag covering something hanging from ceiling. No fan in the unit on a hot Summer day. Good unit for the price.
