Cave Rock Rocks

Great location opposite the beach. The room was very spacious, airy, clean and comfortable with a great shower. The kitchen facilities were ideal, too.We received a very warm welcome on our arrival and felt very relaxed in the accommodation and wished we had allowed time to stay an extra night. We can highly recommend Cave Rock Guest House.

I didn't realize just how far away this property was from the airport ($100 Uber ride). It's very clean and the host appreciates it if you let her know that you're showing up late (my train was massively delayed).

We had a wonderful time. The place was very comfortable and the hosts were welcoming and helpful. Sumner Beach is a perfect little beach town, just like you'd hope it to be.

I liked this property and it offered everything needed for a short comfortable stay. The only criticism was the shower. It was impossible not to make a mess as there was no shower curtain and the whole floor, toilet etc got wet. This is easily fixed by installing a ceiling mounted track to hang a shower curtain on. Otherwise the hosts were very hospitable and their dog Bruce was a real bonus. Loved him.

Comfortable place to stay in great location - near variety of cafes and restaurants and across the road from the beach. Only downside was that the only access to the room was through the owner's front door - no private access.

The property is high quality, the hosts are very friendly and provide excellent service and the views of the sunrise and sunset from the sitting room are magnificent. Highly recommend staying here if you come to Sumner.
