The living area is equipped with a 55-inch smart Samsung TV, soundbar, and Netflix – a great spot to hang out or to find a quiet spot to read a book.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with top-grade Smeg and Fisher & Paykel appliances, including an electric cooktop and oven, dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

There is no designated parking but you can park your car in a free spot on the street. Gloucester Street tends to fill up quickly in the evenings, so be sure to check Barbadoes Street or the narrower streets surrounding the house.
