Have stayed before and will stay again! We live the place, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms and suites are generously sized and perfect for families. Great value for money in my opinion!

I had booked a room for two nights through Expedia. I had selected an executive room. Was charged on my receipt as one bedroom economy. Economy rooms are not available to select on Expedia. I was absolutely appalled by the terrible room when we arrived, it looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia (all executive pictures). The room was stained, holes in the furniture and bedding, the carpet tacks were exposed and carpet ripped up. Absolutely awful. This was not as advertised on Expedia at all!! I was moved to another room at my request but was made to pay a surcharge. The second room was only available one night and I refused to stay in that disgusting economy room so was forced to find another hotel for the second night of holidays. The second night was refunded but this could have all been avoided if your hotel was forthcoming with truthful photographs and descriptions on Expedia. Reached out via email to the GM and no response

The Cotswolds theme was done really well, immaculate grounds. Lovely outdoor lighting. Wasnt a fan of the bed, too hard and no weight to covers, felt cold during night. And although the room was refurbished they forgot about the curtains, they were pretty tatty. But i would still stay here again, good location.

The lighting was very poor.we stay there 7 days the vacuum was not done we had no place to wash glasses they never change them for clean oneshad to ask for toilet paper twice.never change the sheets when there.

Very happy 2nd stay here and will deffs be coming back , I was a little bit upset there was no heat pump remote and we was frezzing all night then over heating in the day but I can put past me with the beautiful staff and delicious breakfast
