An outstanding home!

What an excellent home! It was everything that we wanted. The place was super clean. Everything was exactly as the pictures showed. The host was very helpful with the questions that we had. If we swim down here again, we will absolutely book this place. Thanks for a great trip!

Immaculate

We’ve stayed at a LOT of properties. I think this is the best one for many reasons. It’s definitely the cleanest. It’s as if it’s never been used, though I know otherwise. So comfortable and Kim is so thoughtful and responsive. Everything you think you might need, is already there, and more. Also very close to the freeway, restaurants, grocery store and about 12 mins from V Tech. Goes without saying that I will stay here again.

Lovely home in Christiansburg

The house was beautiful and close to the townhouse my daughter was moving into to start vet school at Virginia tech. It gave us a home base to get to know the area and help her get settled in. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Clean, comfortable house

This house was immaculate and was stocked with everything we could possibly need at a vacation rental. A very comfortable home, beds were comfortable, perfect for a family. Kim was very responsive to questions. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, close to shopping. There is a paved bicycle/walking path right at neighborhood entrance that connects Christiansburg and Blacksburg. We had a great stay!

Perfect

We drove out from the west coast to celebrate graduation, a birthday and Mother’s Day. The house was very clean and well appointed. No clutter. There were four adults in our party and we had over a few other local family members for brunch. House had everything we needed. The third bedroom had a photo of a couch and was listed with the VRBO default of a futon. However it was just a couch and not a pullout that we assumed. However my nephew is only 24 so he was fine sleeping on the couch. Kim was very receptive and helpful. We enjoyed our Stay.

Perfect!

The house is just a ten minute drive from the Tech campus, and comfortably fit our group of five adults and teens. We felt extremely safe in the neighborhood. The house is cozy, well-decorated, and extremely clean. There are televisions in both bedrooms, which were perfect for movie night. We would love to stay again for our next visit to Blacksburg.

Convenient and Clean

Kim’s place was perfect for our trip to Blacksburg/Christiansburg. It was very convenient to the Virginia Tech campus which made for an easy trip to the football game on Saturday. It is also convenient to grocery stores and restaurants which was nice when we arrived late Friday evening. The house is in pristine condition with every type of amenity you would expect and more. Check in was simple and Kim was prompt to respond to any questions through the VRBO app. I highly recommend Kim’s house if you are looking for a place to stay in the Blacksburg/Christiansburg area.

Excellent home near Tech

House was well appointed, new and very clean. Home owner was pleasant and very responsive. The check-in / check-out process was easy. Location was very convenient to VT as and price was reasonable for it all. Will be back.

Amazing stay

Kim’s place is perfect for a weekend get away, longer stay, or events at VT. We were here for a few days while getting our son settled to the dorm and managing our transition to becoming empty nesters. Kim’s place has the perfect decor and tranquility to facilitate this process. We worked remotely during this time and her home/WiFi was perfect for this. Location cannot be beat. Just a ten minute drive to the dorm and right near restaurants, big box stores and a running/biking trail. Neighborhood is lovely. Communication with Kim is a breeze and check in/out seamless. Already looking forward to our next stay in her oasis!
