After a 10-minute drive from the airport, arriving at the property you would never imagine what is awaiting you behind the mahogany double doors. You are immediately swept away by the satisfying homey atmosphere; from the island breeze flowing through the open layout living/dining area to the breathtaking ocean views. The exterior of the home is equally inviting and welcoming with its covered deck, enclosed pool area and palm trees swaying lazily in the sweet sea breeze.

Step in the living room which has a dry bar to the right (be sure to check out he stocked bar & complimentary Cruzan Rum) & a dining table which seats 10 is to the left of the living room. The kitchen which is across from the dining table, is fully equipped to prepare your family's meals. Off to the left of the kitchen is the study (location of 1st Queen sofa bed) and the ½ bath; beyond there is the Master suite! In the master suite you are sure to feel like royalty on the King post bed while laying enjoying the ocean views. The royalty ambience continues in the master en-suite bath where you have the choice of shower or tub!

Venturing to the other side of the living room, is the tastefully decorated Caribbean - themed den (location of 2nd Queen sofa bed) & Bathroom #2. A Queen bed with ocean views & a Smart TV is in the 2nd bedroom. Directly across is the 3rd bedroom which includes a twin on full bunk bed and an additional single full bed. This is the perfect room for a couple, three teens or up to five children; either way this room is sure to make any guest comfortable!

As if the interior isn't enough for one to be lost in their thoughts, the spacious outdoor area makes it easy to enjoy quality time with the family. From the L-shaped cushioned seating area to the outdoor dining table or the enclosed pool with a built-in waterfall – whom can all be enjoyed while taking in the breath-taking ocean views.
