Decor and location are excellent but the mattress was horrible it was sunk in and old I have never slept on a hotel mattress that worn it caused back pain for both me and my husband, there was a musty odor to the room that lingered and there was a open hatch near the sink that I was nervous a bug or anything could have crawled out I would stay again because of the location and restaurants but would need to check the mattress

I really feel the property was nicely maintained. when it came to the customer service part, the front desk seemed very rude not inviting to the people coming into the resort. I came in very friendly excited for my trip, but the atmosphere around at the time really let me down. But the restaurant on the other hand at the resort was very welcoming and inviting.
