Our 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo is less than 50 feet from the turquoise blue Caribbean.
There is a gate from the condo gallery (patio) directly onto the beach.
Strap on your snorkel gear and head into the water.
The snorkeling is great at our artificial reef just a short swim away from the beach.
We even provide some snorkel gear !

Pour a cool drink and relax under the swaying palms to the sound of gentle waves slapping the shore while being caressed by the warm island breeze.

The gallery is comfortably furnished for evening relaxation and al fresco dining.
This large outdoor living area has an unobstructed ocean view.

Inside, you will find 2 comfortable bedrooms with A/C.
The Master bedroom features a King size bed, en suite bath and A/C.
The Guest bedroom has two twin beds and A/C.
The twins can combine to a King upon request.

SARGASSO Update:
The Caribbean Sea has been experiencing higher volumes of Sargasso sea grass in recent years. This sea grass can wash up and pile on the beach and create an unpleasant smell as it decays. It is most prevalent on the North and East side of the island. In large amounts it prevents enjoyable use of our beach.
The west end of the island has beautiful beaches that are almost always sea grass free.
The Sargasso grass is most prevalent during the hotter months of late July - September.
This condition is unpredictable on a week to week basis and something that is totally out of our control. As a result, unfortunately our current policy must be that we cannot issue refunds as a result of Sargasso.

We stayed at Toes in the Sand January 11-14, 2026 and had a wonderful time. This condo is in a gated community and has no steps to and from the unit. The sandy bottom Sugar Beach entrance to the ocean is a very short walk from the gallery. The unit has a Very comfortable king sized bed and a gorgeous kitchen. I’m a chef so I appreciate a great kitchen. On a scale of 1-10, this kitchen is a 12. It boasts a massive quartz island as well as all quartz countertops throughout. The cabinet and drawers feature the slow-close hardware and Earl provides everything you need to cook including all the pots, pans, and utensils. The unit is clean and centrally located (close to Christiansted, about 20 minutes to Frederiksted, and about 35 minutes to Point Udall). It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit so there is plenty of room. Plenty of towels (both bath and beach) are provided and the washer and dryer look to be brand new. Some snorkel gear and water shoes were at the unit but we had our own. The Smart TV is new and books and board games are provided. Coral Sea restaurant is right next door with a gate right next to the condo and offers great food. Chef Sylvia is fantastic and our server Yvette was Very entertaining ! Toes is a great place to stay in a relaxing environment and to have a Great St. Croix day!

Nice property and right on the beach. We dove on and off through the week and had to go to salt river to catch the dive boat. Condo is only about 15 min away. Had a great time lounging in the pool which is very close to the condo. Would stay again

Great View!

The view was great and right next to the Ocean! Place was clean and had dishes and everything you need to cook a meal. Had trouble getting into the condo at first since the batteries died in the electric door lock and the emergency key was not in the lockbox like it was supposed to be. Had to sit in the heat for a half an hour waiting for Earl but when he got there he was great! Spent some time turning on the a/c and fans and had a lot of great suggestions for dining and grocery options. Very friendly and informative. I would suggest putting some hooks to hang wet towels and swimsuits and some shelves in the bathroom for toiletries since there really isn’t any room on the sink to place your things. We had a great stay and would definitely come stay here again!

A little TLC

The overall stay was good. The location was great, by the pool, and could see the ocean at all times. Being a condo owner in Naples, Florida, I take pride in my condo when people are renting it. Making sure everything is clean and well stocked. That beinging said, this condo needs some TLC. Also, when it was raining, water was coming through the air conditioner in the front bedroom. We washed the doorwall windows and the floors were not clean.

Great condo on the north side

Fantastic location, only a few miles from town. You can be as quiet & secluded as you want, by walking out the patio door onto the sand in front of the condo, or talk with all the regular owners and guests at the pool/beach area right in front of the pool. If you want groceries/drinks, Food Town about a mile from the condo is the best bet with decent selection, and Pueblo is another close option. Colony Cove is rocky directly in front of the property, but Sugar Beach right next door (to the right) has a really nice sandy beach for swimming. Or out the door to the left in front of Mill Harbor there is a man-made reef for snorkeling. Note - if you arrive in Dec or January and experience the Christmas winds, you will enjoy a strong breeze that keeps the bugs at bay and makes the humidity tolerable...however the snorkeling could be sketchy because the wind churns up the normally beautiful turquoise-blue water to a hazy blue-brown with no visibility. And sadly we missed going to Buck Island because there is no way the average person would get on a boat in that wind. But relaxing at the community and having good waterfront restaurants in town made it worth-while.

Fantastic Stay

We had an unforgettable time at Toes in the sand. The location was unbelievable right on the water with an artificial reef just steps away,with amazing snorkeling (all equipment provided even pool noodles). The accommodations inside were just as amazing with comfortable beds and a modern kitchen with granite countertops and tons of cabinet space. We were met with every thing we needed needed even down to a cooler and a wide section of sunscreens. I would highly recommend this Gem and will gladly book again if we ever visit St. Croix again!

Another fantastic stay at Toes in the Sand!

This was my third time staying at Toes in the Sand, and it was (as usual) delightful. Earl is super easy to communicate with, and prompt to respond to any issues. There were bottles of rum waiting for us when we arrived, and several different sunscreens we could use if we ran out. Earl takes hospitality seriously, and it shows! This property is located right on the beach, and there's an extensive tire reef just a short swim from the shore where you can see at least dozens of different kinds of fish (squirrelfish, angelfish, blue tangs, porcupine fish, several varieties of grunts, lionfish, harlequin bass, several varieties of goatfish, red hinds, sand perch, butterflyfish, and more!) We were worried about the sargassum, but it wasn't as bad as we'd thought from the videos we saw shortly before the trip. We'll be back to visit, and we will plan to rent this same unit again and again!

Property as described. It is a beautiful condo with spectacular views. It is centrally located so exploring the island is easy. There are two restaurants within walking distance. Excellent! Beautiful renovated condo near Christiansted

This condo was renovated after the 2017 hurricane. The unit is on the ground floor, with a terrific patio that allows direct beach access. Beautiful views of the sea, Buck Island and the port in Christiansted are seen from the living room and large kitchen. You are only a five minute drive to town, 15 minutes to the airport and just minutes to grocery stores and restaurants. There are two restaurants you can walk to on the beach and both are very good for food and drinks. You can snorkel right off the beach and go out to a tire reef where we saw stingrays, tropical fish and huge starfish. The pool is lovely, large and clean. Overall the condo was very clean and spacious for our group of 4. If you need to watch TV, they have smart TVs so you can load your apps and watch what you want. Bedrooms are very comfortable and there was plenty of storage for clothes and gear. There are just a few things they could add to the condo: the front door lock is difficult and you have to manipulate it a bit to get it to work. The baths could use a couple of towel bars, and the kitchen needs a few more provisions like a can opener, some large mixing/salad bowls and a few more glasses. Part of the beach was dug up near the condo so you could not sit on the beach near the pool. It looks like they were in the process of fixing a pipe or something, so we just went down the beach a bit. Hopefully this is a short-term project that will be resolved soon. Overall we highly recommend Toes in the Sand! Earl the property manager is a gem too! Thanks for a great vacation!

Great location and beachfront

The unit had all the accessories one would want. View from the patio is great. The beach is not the best for swimming, rocky and not real calm. There are plenty of other beaches on the island that are worth visiting. Great location for touring the island to go east or west. Short drive to boardwalk and many restaurants to select from.
