I had bed bugs in my bed filled with them was awaken by being chewed on my feet to my back to the side of me, bugs everywhere. But when I checked there were no bugs before I laid down. When I pulled back the sheets it looked like a horror movie. Be careful I just wouldn't ever go to any one of these chains anything affiliated with this hotel again.

The lobby and floor hallways were beautiful. There werent many accessible rooms with more than one bed. I gave my mom the bed and i slept on the floor. There was a sewage smell in our bathroom. We could tell the room had not been properly cleaned, there was a candy wrapper under the bed and the shower floor looked dirty. The room, itself was nice. Comfortable furniture. Air conditioner kept room comfortable.

Just my type....

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was a 1st and it won't be my last. It fit my needs for this.trip and is going to be my fav when visiting the Cincinnati area. The staff was great, the room was very clean & updated, and the bed was the most wonderful I've ever slept in.

Very nice

Had a nice stay just wished travelocity hornor the price that was online price online was 107.25 I was charged 198.00 for one night on 7/24/15 I tried to send screen shot to travelocity customer care web site not working. send legit web site so I can send screen shot

Nice hotel but smoky room

everything was good but room was a non smoking and had a smoke smell. Not another option for us since we were late arriving.
