A quaint and spacious 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment with full kitchen and private porch with side yard. 10 minutes to downtown Cincinnati, 5 minutes to historic Covington Mainstrasse, and walking distance to 6 different bars in the up and coming city of Ludlow.

Walking distance to the Ohio river, a short drive to Devou Park which overlooks Cincinnati. Hiking and biking trails walking distance off Deveril street in ludlow as well as the historic abandoned ludlow incinerator. Grocery across street.
The space
Guests are free to roam throughout all of the bottom unit. There is no shared access to any other apartments, including the side yard.

The two bedrooms are on opposite ends of one another with their own exits. This space would be perfect for those traveling for work together that want to maintain some privacy while sharing access to kitchen and bath. One bedroom has its own mini fridge and both bedrooms have privacy doors.

Cozy place
The two bedroom is on the opposite end, which gives us privacy. The host went above and beyond with the amenities. I recommend this place.

Great place, close to all the stuff!!
We stayed here for a concert we attended in Newport and it was great! Short 15 minute drive to the MegaCorp Pavilion and everything else in the Covington area. Highly recommend!

Great stay!
I have nothing but positive things to say about this experience. The unit is laid out so that there are two entrances making it easy for privacy, parking was easily accessible on the street, and it was conveniently located to Newport, downtown Cincinnati, and the interstates. The place was decorated nicely, and we had everything we needed there to feel like home. I appreciate the homey details the owner left, and the check in/out process was a breeze with them.

This bungalow has the perfect amount of space and privacy between the two bedrooms. The decor was cozy and eclectic. The porch was the highlight of our stay. Host was very communicative. I highly recommend if you are staying with friends/family.
